Description

Since Chamilo 1.8.8 the tracking tables are always created so that configuration is no more needed

There are some calls in during installation, I'm not modifying those in order to make the 1.8.8 unstable

Actually tracking_enabled can be defined during installation (in extended options, I think). In any case, I don't think anyone uses it anymore since if you do not use it, no tracking data is registered at all (which leads to a lot of confusing circumstances).

Well, the tracking option during the installation was removed in the 1.8.7.1 I think. In 1.8.8 that option is not present.
