Description

When categories are heavily used, some issues arise (screenshot 'old tree')
Because everything is expanded and limited space is reserved for the tree, a lot of users complain about the usability.
Also with a new request, the collapsed folders are forgotten, and everything is expanded again.

To solve this I played around with a jquery plugin 'Jstree: http://www.jstree.com/' as a tree.

-When first loading the page, only the root category is expanded
-The expanded categories are remembered between requests
-Put the tree above the publication table to solve the limited space issue. The container of the tree has a maximum height that can be disabled by the showall button, which shows the whole tree.
