Description

create a system announcement
publish it
go on homepage
the announcement is listed in the "sys ann" block.
click the link
the link does not display the announcement, user is redirected to the homepage

Works for me as well with latest release.

I would say though we should provide anonymous access to the system announcement since we display them on the front page.

The system announcements aren't shown anymore on the homepage (since latest code which would require reinstall or removal of that block from database)
