New authentication mecanisms must be added from time to time
They come with their own settings
They must be disabled from time to time

All of that makes them ideal candidate for plugins.

Refactoring:

- Make all the current authentication mecanism extentions/plugins whatever works best
- Remove authentication settings from the Admin application
- Let those setting be editable per plugin
- Plugins must be enabled/disabled
- Main authentication/internal authentication should be a plugin as well and should not be different than external authentication plugins
