Enable category selection in the exporter component

Description
Currently it is not possible to filter objects by categories in the exporter component.
The current behaviour is that the latest selected category is the one used. For example if you navigate to the standard Chamilo repository. Then to a sub category. And get back to an external repository exporter. Listed objects are those from the category you selected. Obviously confusing.
Categories should be listed in the exporter screen so that the user can filter out objects.
