Description
Chamilo 2.0 (from the official zip package), Windows Vista, XAMPP 1.7.3.
Page: My Chamilo > Courses > Administration > Courses > Create
When you click the button "Create", a progress bar is expected to be shown, but it isn't.
Observed on Firefox, Chrome, Safari. I can't test the progress bar for IE an Opera because
of Bug #2501.
