Feature #2359
Package status / type
100%
Description
Package information or metadata should indicate whether a version is alpha, beta, rc, stable, ... and at the same time there should be some kind of indication whether it has been officially verified to work with a default global release package.
History

- % Done changed from 0 to 50
- phase (alpha, beta, rc, ga, ...)
- realm (main, universe, ...)
Now all that needs to be done is take them into account when installing / listing packages.

Details are now displayed on the viewer page of an installed package. Similar pages still have to be added for local and remote installations. (direct installation should be disabled if a package is either unofficial or unstable, viewer should be opened first). Not sure whether I can get this done before 2.0. Could be pushed to a next release, since the online repository is still non-existent too. Stay tuned.
