Description

It should be possible to easily insert 'exotic' characters and symbols in ckeditor.
Should be just activating the Insert Special Character panel.

Added the button, for a 2.0.1 release it might be interesting to go through the platform (especially content object and publication forms) and try to determine which ckeditor toolbar elements are necessary in those specific places. I doubt we need everything everywhere, but certain distinctions could definately be made. Feel free to add a new refactoring / usability issue for this.
