Description
when adding an item to an existing portfolio it is not possible to save the permissions: Portfolio properties not updated
note: this is only when using the complex builder in the repo; it works when adding from the portfolio application

Not sure what the release schedule for the portfolio is, so putting this on 2.0.1. Feel free to change it to whatever you think is appropriate.
