Description
Extend the element finder to change the way it is used.
Now if you have a large amount of users, either all users / groups are loaded (which can make a browser go crazy), or you have to disable the autoload and search for a group / user. Maybe we can extend it by adding a filter system with use of the groups with use of (dynamic) select boxes. Through this way we could limit the users / subgroups in the view to only the users and direct subgroups of a selected group. This could result in a much faster, easier to use element finder for groups / users.
This could also be a possible solution for bug #2040 because no tree structures should be rendered anymore..

Would be a nice extra thing, but not a priority. On top of that I think not autoloading the elements should be the default. Even a pre-arranged filter could lead to serious lags as there is simply no way to determine how "big" the contents of any such given list / group might be in a specific Chamilo environment. But as I said: extra filters (definition to be determined) would be a nice addon. Definately post 2.0.
