When edit, enable name change svg document. Not the best solution, but now you can rename files.

I still think that the metadata feature in Chamilo should be avoided, removed, or improved.
I don't know how we can consult the metadata information.

(metadata is not meant for users, it is meant for machines, but setting the metadata can be done when editing an HTML document)
