Survey requires reinstall. For the online icl server i have changed the database manually so a reinstall is not necessary

still something wrong (with an existing survey):

Now another error when opening a newly created survey:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_id() on a non-object in C:\wamp\www\chamilogoogle\repository\content_object\survey\php\display\component\viewer\survey_viewer_form.class.php on line 58

Furthermore: complex builder icon is missing
