Description

there are many forms for binding users to trainings, training to sessions, HRM to users/trainings, ... which uses dropdown list for filtering names or codes, but you can filter only alphabetical names or codes. Looking for eq. course with the name 2010_testCourse is not an easy job if there is many courses . To not forget : if no filter is selected, there is no ordering ....
apply to:
> assign user to HR manager, assign training to HR manager,
> add users to training,
> add training to session,
> ...
sample picture is attached

  • Target version set to 1.8.8 alpha

So you suggest reordering when no letter is selected AND adding numbers to the dropdown, right?

Maybe it would be better these dropdown boxes to be changed into simple text-boxes. Thus a user would be able to use letters in any language, not only English letters.

JQuery's multiselect looks like a very nice feature to add to Chamilo. I'd very much like that in the next version or so.

Moving to 1.10 if you don't mind we should build a better solution, something like a new type of field in formvalidator.
