Description

The default platform setting make the e-mail field editable, but the security conditions require to reintroduce password to change it, and the password field is not changeable by default...
Probably implies a change of default settings at install time (would personally make password changeable by default)

The default platform setting make the e-mail field NOT editable.

I installed Chamilo and users can't edit the email field.

They can only change the
Picture,
Language,
My competences,
My diplomas ,
What I am able to teach ,
My productions ,
My personal open area,
Notify by mail on new invitation received ,
Notify by mail on new personal message received ,
Notify by mail on new message received in group

I will make editable the email and the password if that's ok with you?

should make the password editable by default, not the email.

I'm not adding this in the migrate 1.8.7.1-1.8.8 file because maybe admins want to work that way ...
