Description

This is all ready reported in #1530 but this is closed.

I've tested it again and there are some improvements but it still has some errors...

After de create and import in the repository a blanc screen is visible, but the zip is uncompressed.

When you create a document in the document tool of a course or in the repository you have the possibility to uncrompress a zipped file..
Selecting this option all files are uploaded with the same name en description=> this is still the case...
In the document tool of the course all files are uploaded as documents. In the repository this is correct...

Also the map-structure of the zip is ignored, but now only in the document tool of the course. In the repository map-structure of the zip is respected and the categories are created accordantly ...

I still would suggest to remove the uncompress function when creating/uploading a document in the repository or publish in a course.
I think it should be better to add a separate function in the document tool to upload and uncompress a zip like the import function from the repository.

I closed #1530 and i will close this because this is the same issue as #1535 (splitting the create document / import document form in 2 parts) Thank you for your suggestions though. I'll keep them in mind when refactoring this.
