Description

I deleted via csv teachers in courses. The courses remained in the system. When I added again the teachers via csv, they were not mentionned as "titular" in administration - courses - course list. See attachment.

This is because the titular is coupled with the user id, if you remove users from the system. The user id doesn't exist anymore and thus the system can not show the titular. Therefor a titular should be selected manual. Be aware that a titular is not equal to the actual teachers (the titular is merely an informative field in the course settings, while a teacher is actually subscribed to the system)
