Description

Sven asked me to check for certain things to see if they work when Javascript is deactivated.
The things that he asked for seemed reasonable to do and most of those things work without Javascript.
Unfortunately there are some things that go beyond my expertise.
Like the receivers in the course and coursetypeform where the user selects the group to give certain rights to.
The only solution that I see is to give a warning when Javascript is turned off and that therefor the content is not viewable.
But since a lot of things on the platform are Javascript based and the user will have a much better experience with Javascript activated, I believe that this message should be something that is implemented in the core.

Thank you for this check. As far as i can see only two items will cause certain problems (the element finder and the hotspot question). Though this will only be a real problem once we make chamilo more portable so i'll put this on 2.1!
