functie ‘Import iCal’ in Personal Calendar doesn't work

Description

When you upload iCal file a message appears "Ical Imported" and you get redirected to the publish screen instead of your personal calendar. When you return to your personal calendar, the tasks you've imported via the iCal file is nowhere to be found.

This import issue was hide for "Chamilo 1.8.7"

I'm going to fix it and make it work

I found other bugs in the calendar event edition it seems that the seconds are not show. Always show 0 seconds...
I will update Icalcreater to the lastest version

The link of the edit button it does not work
i got something like this (see the cidReq param)

I did not find the link to import the ical files in the "Personal Calendar".
But I found the link in the course agenda.
I fixed it here:

I also updated the icalcreator to the lastest version 2.6

when you import ical file outdated ex: 2007, when you go to edit the date of this event, will see that the end date is 0000.

This was a tricky one, the ical you sent does not contain the "enddate" value instead of that there is a duration value.
I fix this one, need more testing with different ical dates...
