error message after user import with csv

Description
massive user import (15000 users) worked fine!
After finishing this import an error message was shown (see attachment - verbindingsproblemen).
When uploading another minor csv (340 users) directly after this upload another erro was shown (see attachment foutmelding upload)
In both cases, though, the users were imported.
